Take a guess at this evening picture

Word of the Day: hög - which means loud

I've got a pic for you. I want you to guess what time this picture was taken. It's the view out of our sorta westerly window from our balcony. Wild guesses are encouraged!

    Lauren,
Let me see.....maybe 7:00 PM? I'm probably wrong, but I thought I would take a wild guess. Sorry about the previous message....I'm having trouble figuring out how to write to you as myself, rather than anonymous. Hope you had a great weekend!

  4. 10:32 pm, lovely dusk photo, dark and mysterious with what seems like a quiet though thoroughly alive town below.

  6. Can you believe that this lively night pic was taken at 11:02 pm? I know, it really doesn't get super dark in the summer hours. Looking for stars? Forget about it! Shortly after it should be dark, the opposite sky has a pinkish horizon at only 1am or so! At 3, it's like it's sun risen, but not really, it sure is different, and we're still far from the arctic circle!

  7. Becki's Dad just told me a story about when he was in Africa as a young adult. The transition from day-to-night-to-day is very quick when you are nearer the equator. Sounds like the farther from the equator the more lengthy the transition time, from the jist I'm getting from your observation.

I like all your naturey photos. It looks like you are really getting into being outside. He he, that's cool.

    Tootles.
